What is Kamayan Dining? 

Kamayan” – is a Filipino word that means “eating with hands”. It refers to the traditional Filipino style of eating communally from banana leaves, without plates or utensils. Spread along the leaves is typical Filipino fare including seafood, vegetables, meat and steamed rice.
